Each year around Christmas we try to minister to our community some way, whether it be through caroling, the children’s Christmas play, or inviting them to a special Christmas service. This year will be no different. The first event planned is Christmas caroling at some of the local nursing homes, where we will pass out cookies and handmade cards to the residents after we sing. Then, on Christmas Eve, we will be having a live nativity on the front lawn of the church from 2p.m. till 5:30. People, costumes, live animals, and a manger! We have never done a live nativity, but look forward to seeing the community’s response! Refreshments will be served in the church. Afterwards, there will be a candlelight service starting at 5:30. We hope to see you there!

Christmas 2017
John 3:15-21
" That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God."
